What data Horigin collects, why, and how to have it deleted.
Account
Creating an account only requires an email address: sign-in happens via a magic link, no password. This address is only used to authenticate you and is never shared or used for commercial purposes.
Ranking preferences
The reference country, per-component weights, and sort criterion you choose are stored either locally on your device (anonymous visitor) or attached to your account (signed-in visitor) — see the Cookies page for the technical detail. In both cases, this data is only used to personalize the site's display for you: it's never resold, analyzed for advertising purposes, or shared with a third party.
Contact form
The name, email address, and message you send via /contact are kept only so we can reply to you. They are never shared or reused for other purposes.
No sharing with third parties
Horigin does not sell, rent, or share any personal data. No third-party advertising or audience-measurement tool is used on the site.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data (account, preferences, contact message) at any time via the /contact form.
