Brand founded in 2024 in Chongqing by Xinyan Dai and Lukas, both natives of the city, its name paying tribute to the star Fomalhaut. Its first watch, the "Mark 1 Möbius", won the Audacity Prize at the 2025 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG). Production has since moved to a new manufacture in the Shanghai region. The brand claims fully in-house manufacturing except for the hairspring and sapphire crystal.
