Independent Chinese watchmaker (1946-2020), based in Hong Kong from 1980, where he ran a repair workshop, becoming in 1990 the first Asian watchmaker to create a wristwatch tourbillon, then in 1992 the first Chinese member of the Académie Horlogère des Créateurs Indépendants (AHCI). Creator in 1993 of the "Mystery Tourbillon," a patented mechanism with no visible cage or bridge, of which only around twenty pieces were ever produced.
