Brand founded in 1999 by Emilio Fontana and Giorgio Lattuada, from a family of Swiss watch importers active since the 1970s and running an Italian case-manufacturing workshop for Swiss watch brands for four generations. Taken over in 2011 by Carlo and then Luca Fontana, then bought in 2021 by D1 Milano for an international relaunch.
